"Unnecessarily rude customer service.. will be going elsewhere other than the 7/11’s here in town from now on. I never leave reviews.. I get that working nights sucks, but there is a level of “faking” it that could be done, try not to leave your customers in a worse mood than they come in.. especially when they are being nothing but kind to you!!"

"If i could give negative reviews i would. When i have gone to this 7/11 during the day time i have been greeted with rude customers service from the employees as well as a very dirty store (for a more recently built store its upsetting to see it treated like during prime business hours). When i have gone in during the night shifts it is complete 180° of an experience, the guy typically working is has been very welcoming and ive always experienced him keep the store very upkept which brings me to my next concern. Roughly a week ago from today (15th of September) i came in to the store and witnessed an OFF DUTY manager berating the guy on shift about stuff outside of work when he is off duty and from what i noticed the manager did seem intoxicated which made me personally even more uncomfortable (I believe those are things to talk about when both people are on shift and in a private professional setting). I feel extremely bad for that guy who works there and has shown more effort towards customers and keeping the store looking good. I hope the higher ups do something about this soon."

"I really hope the manager gets it together, overhearing how they talk about the most hard working employee’s is ridiculous. Yesterday the sweet young lady help a man from an abused situation, and the manager was trying to keep her from talking to the cops about pressing charges. Then made her and her little girl leave because she stepped away to cry. The lady in the office didn’t even listen or look at her, no one consoled her, or her little girl. Selfish people run the place. Praying for the lady with the daughter who prevented a situation from escalating."

"if it was possible to give a negative star rating i most definitely would! walk in early tuesday morning i handed the clerk a hundred to fuel up , older white guy heavy set , an he was rude from the beginning as if i did something to offend him i greeted the gentleman with no response an he checked me out after buying some items for breakfast without offering me a bag an he just walked away! so i grabbed my things proceeded to go fuel up , my truck didn't take everything so i went back inside to get my refund while time guy was shaking his head an giving me weird vibes so i took my change an waited for my recipient i also had to ask for that because i guess he assumed after the nasty adittude i wasn't going to need it! regardless i love this town went to school here but this gas station i will most definitely pass up an go down the way as long as this guy is attending customers, he needs jesus!"
