"I shopped at Brookshires for the first time today(as I’m Kroger all the way)and went to the self checkout. At Kroger you can scan the barcode on your veggies or fruit and it pulls it up, that’s not how it works at Brookshires. Well, I didn’t know so it alerted a young man with glasses that I needed help when I didn’t. It’s self checkout, not rocket science. My 6 year old works the self checkout, so no, I didn’t need help, but it alerted him anyway. This young man acted like I was such a bother to him and had the worst attitude. He showed me how I needed to do it but treated me like I was slow or stupid!!! Excuse me sir, I’m not the one working in a grocery store. If this bothers your employees SO bad, get rid of the damn self checkout and he can just do it himself. I don’t want to check myself out, I don’t work there, that’s what they should be doing verses standing around being ugly to people and sir, if you don’t like your job than quit, there are plenty of people who would gladly do your job with a smile. I wanted to put every bit of that 120.00 I spent back. Honestly, I would have left it all there for him to out back and walk out. Actually make him earn his pay check. Needless to say, I will NOT be back and will be forever loyal to Kroger and all of their nice employees. The self checkout employees are extremely nice. Take notes young man with glasses. There is too much ugliness in this world, change your attitude"

"I visited this store this morning and I must say the whole staff is super nice !! I live in Cedar hill, but love to go here for my Louisiana finds . I had to go home and tell my wife how nice and happy the staff is . Hats off to whoever manage that store ."

"It’s our very first time me & my mom shopping here. We had an employee Ms Valorie/ also known as Ms Val helped us today picking out a Benadryl for our dog. She was a very good help. I recommend if you need help with things look for Ms Val to help :)"
