"I usual love this store, but when you see that the regular price is sometime 4 to 5 times higher when sales are not going, I was shocked! How can anyone justify a $20+ package of chicken thighs? Their chicken breast we only $2.29/lb while thighs are $3.99/lb. Insane! And you should be checking any receipts before you leave the store. I have found numerous mistakes on mine after the fact. Sometimes the coupons mess you up because it will show an item COVERED ered by the coupon or says limit of 5 uses and then you check out only to see it's not the case. I bought a huge bag of cheese and opened it Feb 12th and the date on the bag was 6/8/24. Opened it up, started using it on the casserole I made only to see it was FULL of mold. I had to throw my casserole that took over $28 to prepare plus the cheese. Unreal. The crowds at HEB are looking better especially since I drive to Midlothian specifically to do shopping. Not anymore"

"The store manager Ricky won’t talk to upset customers. He doesn’t care his store charged me for items I didn’t get. I called several times and he told customer service he didn’t want to talk to me. All I wanted was to be reimbursed for the items they charged me for that I didn’t get I will not go back to this Kroger. The manager Ricky doesn’t mind stealing from customers taking their money and not giving them what they paid for. This has happened on more than one occasion."

Many times I've called asking the same questions, and still their always so polite! I've been all over this country and the people at this pharmacy are amazing. Job well done guys!"

"We were happy to see this store when we moved into the area. Goodbye HEB wont miss you all that much. Kroger reminds us of their sister store Fred Meyer. Not a fan of the online digital coupons, kind of a pain to have to enter as you shop. Big store and busy with shelves being stocked. Clean and friendly staff too."
