"Called in to get some info on a prescription. They were busy, but I was still greeted kindly and asked to wait. Other pharmacies in town could take a page from their book. Only 4 stars because they seem to frequently have medicines on backorder, one in particular for treating strep won't be in for 3 weeks. That's a bit too late."

"If I could give them 0 stars I would. I just had back surgery on Wednesday and I am incapable of driving. Unfortunately, my doctor called in prescription to the walgreen's by my house so I called kroger's here in midlothian to get it transferred. That was at 2 this afternoon. They called me around 5 to tell me it's too late and they can't help me, when I come up with a solution I get put on hold. It is now 5:36 and they close at 6 and will not be open tomorrow."
