"Great store with lots of drink options! Prices seemed above average but doable. Would be great to get more smiles and friendliness many employees seemed either overworked or too busy to give the 100% customer service needed for a business to be successful long-term. One rep did smile and ask if I needed help, but when I got to the cashier she/he seemed a little not all there, maybe tired? Increase the smiles and be friendly are my tips. Discount for uniformed employees and Veterans would be awesome but again it's your business to decide if you want to support Heros. Also up the music volume for a better ambience experience, I didn't hear anything playing in the background, maybe there's no music idk? But again not required just a quick suggestion to maybe make it feel more alive and energetic for both customers and employees because in todays stressful work environment many of us are going into your store to buy something that is going to make us relaxed snd or feel good."

"I came to the liquor store tonight to make a cocktail I saw online and when I went to checkout I realized I didn't have my driver's license. I did however have my Texas State Issued License to Carry, which I know is more than enough since it's literally state issued identification! The cashier wasn't rude but she questioned its validity to the cashier in front of her. The cashier's told her she doesn't see why we wouldn't take it but if she wasn't sure she should call management. She then called management even after I showed her on the back where it literally says Texas state issued. The manager came over and too began to make me feel uncomfortable. He said he wasn't sure and he had the attitude the cashier was lacking. He radioed to someone else and told them he wasn't sure because it wasn't a state issued identification card. I told him it was in fact so and he could see that on the back of the card. He then got snappy with me and said he meant a Driver's license. Eventually he gave me my Texas state issued identification back and told the cashier it was okay. It's extremely disrespectful and insulting to have to explain yourself AND be ignored and humiliated in front of the store for being a law abiding citizen with a license to carry. No one apologized, no one even bothered to look it up but what gets me is that you are serving liquor but don't know liquor laws? How do you not comprehend that a Driver's license isn't the only identification requirement to buy liquor. What if I didn't drive? What if I had a passport? The excuse "I've never seen this before" isn't acceptable. I managed a bank and have seen all types of ID. Simply refusing to accept something you are READING with your own eyes because YOU haven't taken the time to educate yourself is embarrassing. My time and energy is far too valuable to waste. I'm also 32 years young and definitely look older than 21. And for your information I took an Uber there which is why I made a human error and forgot my DL. Do better. - Dissatisfied Customer"

"BEWARE OF CASHIERS HERE - BIG FRAUD HAPPENS WITH BILLING. IT HAS HAPPENED THRICE FOR ME. During rush hours they intentionally scan the bottels twice and say that registers are super sensitive. Amanda and Chelsea are very rude and racists. To get a refund we need to argue. Store manager is not around. This store has to be reported. Very bad behavior."

"Things are decent. My only issue is that I won't purchase ciroc anymore there. I'm not a fan of the security device they put on those bottles only. Makes me feel a certain kind of way.........other than that they cool, maybe make the points more usable too."

"Good place, I feel like this store has more variety of drinks than other ones, in fact is bigger than his competitors, I had to drive like 39 minutes to get imported drinks, but it worh it the time, if you are one of those guys that like exotic stuff probably you will find it here, good service and snacks too."
