"I was in this Kroger pretty late last night....between 10:00pm and 11:00pm. One of the young men working there walked me to my car because it was so late. I was very appreciative of that. I wish I had his name, but I didn't get it. This was excellent customer service!"
"Bought flowers two days ago spending $35. Did not retain receipt because I didn’t expect this result. Spoke to manager. He said he would do it for me this “one time” and exchange. If you make a mistake or sell a sub par product, you need to correct it every single time. Also, if I say I am a loyal customer, you need to take me at my word. Been a customer since 2014. No longer a customer."
