"I have shopped at Tom Thumb since 1991. The stores are clean, the produce is always fresh, the selections are wide and not limited. I like the comparison of prices for the name brands to the store brand, and most importantly to me is the staff, such as the cashier Jaylen at store #2570 today. He welcomed me, he looked me in the eye and he thanked me for a donation I made and for shopping at the store. He made my evening. Keep up the good work in hiring the best customer friendly staff."
"The selection is ok but prepared to be aggressively asked for donations this holiday season. I've donated a few times already via the keypad prompt, but just uncomfortable at the associate there that gets directly in your personal space to ask you to donate in the self checkout line"
"Moved to plano a year ago and this location was my goto for any and all of my quick grab and go. Today(08/22/2023 ~6:15PM) was no different, went to grab a cake, White Choclate delight $23.99 displayed out front, waited for be attended by the bakery for 10 minutes to be ignored twice, third time when I caught the employee and called for her assistance who was doing something at the back, she came out and charged me 29.99$ for the same cake, I showed her the displayed price and she said 'this is how it comes out, I can't do anything about it', I was in a hurry to make to the birthday party with cake and didn't had time to talk to a manager to get this resolved but I could say the lady at the bakery was unhelpful and shrugged her shoulders and gave me - take it or leave it look. Never had any issues for more than 100+ times I've visited this location, But today was very disappointing. I felt I was deliberately charged extra, I hope I'm wrong and i hope it was an honest price display mistake. I hope management sees this and either corrects the price displayed up front or makes sure the lady at the bakery doesn't charge extra for other customers."
"They are selling expired food. IN 2023, I BOUGHT 2022 EXPAIRED ICE CREAM from this store. Look at the picture and video. Yes, they refunded the money to my card. No apologies or flowers. And I have to drive 20 minutes to return it."
