"After hearing/seeing Sprout’s self-proclaimed greatness for years, I thought I would finally visit the store to see what all the hype is about. Unfortunately, I was in for a major disappointment. For this review, I’ll focus on the items I purchased: a box of Sprouts’s chocolate chip cookies, a chicken salad croissant, and a container of oven-baked turkey cutlets. These are all in-house produced items. First, the chocolate chip cookies. You know, it’s very hard to ruin chocolate chip cookies. But sprouts managed to do just this with flying colors. The cookies were rockhard, completely inedible. I’m talking about break-your-teeth-on-them inedible. Second, when you think of a croissant, you think of warm, buttery bread. Sprouts’s version was cold and tasteless. The chicken salad itself was OK. Nothing grand. A bit too rich. I saved the worst for last: the turkey cutlets. This was the most god-awful thing I’ve ever put in my mouth. The turkey tasted like dog food smells. Completely inedible. What a waste of my hard-earned money. It all went right in the dumpster. Needless to say, short of a widespread famine or nuclear apocalypse, I won’t be visiting sprouts again. Ever."

"They sold me milk that was 9 days expired. Shame on me for not looking, but I also don't expect to see a product expired for more than a day on the shelf if they missed it the night before. I opened my milk and it exploded all over my kitchen. I called them and told the manager and all he said was sorry and we can refund you. No offer for a gift card for their awful mistake. I had to take time out of my work day to clean the insane mess all over my kitchen. Also, the milk date was very hard to read, as if it was scratched out on the month and day part. The year was perfectly intact. (See photo). So they either trying to sell product they couldn't so they don't lose profits and they are corrupt, or they are incompetent of their job to remove a product that the expiration date was not readable and therfore must be removed. Bad management equals bad team members that reflect the poor leadership."

"Wow! What an outstanding help and service! Plano Senior and Clark HS are hosting a Speach and Debate Event that involves judges that are fed. Sprouts made 120 sandwich combos to save the day and help the school. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! ❤️"

"Compared to other stores this sprouts store found to be smaller but you will get everything . Fruits and veggies are really fresh . The dairy and bakery options are good. Other than fresh almond and cashew butter we get other seeds butter too like pumpkin seeds butter etc.."

"Freshest produce! I just love the dry fruits and snacks department here. There are plenty of options and the deals are also good. The organic department is also good. The customer service can be improved and it would be great if there are store people on the floor to help and guide customers. I was looking for a product for more than 15 minutes with no one to help me out. Not sure if they are understaffed. Overall an very OK place to shop."
