"Don't know what illiterate racists they hire as managers for this store but I was driving around the parking lot on a day the store is closed and this sub-intelligent bald man literally leaves a row of carts in the middle of the parking lot and goes off to get more carts blocking my path. When he comes back he asks if I need something? He then goes away. And after a few moments later he starts following me around the public parking lot and honking at me and I stop and he finally walks over again and asks if I was here for a test drive (which should've been pretty darn obvious at that point). I'm sorry, it's a public parking lot, how about you mind your damn business? If you think me and an old lady are about to rob your store, maybe call the cops instead of harassing us. He mentioned he's one of the managers of Tom Thumb. You DO NOT own the parking lot. Too many low class people in Plano right now. Again I want to state I never had any problem inside the store itself but since you decided to racially profile a person of color in the parking lot and not the countless white people literally parked loitering in the front of the store, I will no longer be shopping here."

"Unbelievable. I came into this store for lab work and decided to do my shopping there because it looked great and there were so many people stocking and lots of product. Unfortunately when I got to the register, with my $300+ order, there was one cashier. One. I get call outs but when there are 12 ppl stocking, it makes no sense to have only one cashier. The manager was calling employees back to the office the entire time I was shopping. Maybe that should have waited so their were enough team members to take care of customers. And as the lovely handicapped lady was ringing me up, the supervisor walks away to help somewhere else. Thanks Bobby. I left my cart and all my items at the register and walked out. I will not shop here again because it doesn’t help to have all the product in the world if there is no one to help you at check out. The managers need to make sure that the customer experience is great all the way through. They failed today."

"Nice grocery chain. Not very crowded and things are well spread and organised properly . You will get everything what you need . Bakery, veggie and cheese sections are pretty good . Very fresh . Also the salad section is good. They dont have much in pure vegetarian or vegan options otherwise a good place to get your groceries done."

"Well stocked and tidy place that makes the shopping experience pleasant. The aisles may be dense but the produce area has quite a bit of breathing space. The Bakery section appeared to be short on Artisan products but the cakes appeared to be better than the average."
