"When I look for someone to care for my child I want someone that I feel I can trust and that is respectful to me to begin with. When I called this daycare the individual who answered the phone was very rude and although she had no open space she did not even try to offer to put me on a waiting list. I suppose that is the problem with a home daycare that the person may only be allowed a certain number of children, and although I understand that I still do not understand why anyone would be so rude by phone it gives off the wrong impression and I definitely would not recommend even trying to stay on a waiting list."
