"One of their drivers hit me today 1/27/2022 after picking up kids from school. Refused to disclose insurance, police got involved. Thankfully the children seemed okay! But very unprofessional employee!"
"I love Jack and Jill since day one. My kids have been in this daycare almost 4 yrs now. They potty trained my children, they teach my children respect, even pray before their meals. I LOVE IT!!!! Ms. Lory and her staff are beyond awesome with my kids and I love how dedicated she is with her Day Care. She truly cares for the well being of my children, my kids love her and never want to leave when I pick them up. She gives them the tools for success and they have improved at home as well since attending her Day Care and I couldn't be more happier. Jack and Jill is such a positive environment for my children. "Terrible service.....I'm glad my children never stepped in that place. Rude personnel and no idea of customer service. The person in charge (Lory) is that kind of person that is her way or no way. They do not need more clients and I do not need that kind of service for my children. There are so many daycares in El Paso willing to provide good care and great service. Definitely the worst service I've ever had!"
