Hardee’s

"I ordered the breakfast platter with bacon. It took 10 minutes to prepare. It wasn't served on a platter. I got a biscuit and gravy and if I would have poured the gravy over the biscuit on the tray, it would have been a messy tray. There were no napkins in the place so I had nothing to clean a mess like that up with. So I ended up dipping the biscuit in the gravy. I had ordered bacon but got a sausage patty placed on top of my egg in a small bowl. Then they gave me a spoon to eat it all with. I took a picture of my tray but there isn't a place to add it. Worst experience ever at this Hardee's. I have eaten here before and had no problems. It was Sunday morning and not very busy. A good manager would have went to Walmart and got some napkins. It's 5 minutes away. To go all day without napkins is ridiculous."

"The manager at the Anna IL Hardees is Rude and does not know how to manage. We eat breakfast here most Sundays. On the weeks she is there we have to wait over 10 min for our food. They are always put of something: forks, napkins,, cups etc. When she's not there staff are friendly and efficient with short wait times for food. Today I was waiting for my food and heard her say sarcastic take this to my favorite lady which was me. I told her I heard her and she didn't even apologize."

"I am a regular at this store! The people are ALWAYS friendly and work their butts off. It is clear they are short staffed but they make due with what they have. They are just an awesome team and work well together."

"Service absolutely sucks. Waited over 12min at the drive up Window. Didn't pay when I first pulled up, told the clerk is pay when the food arrived. She rolled her eyes at me. 12min later, a slob a manager comes and demands payment. Still doesn't have food. I tell her I'll pay when the food arrives. She tells me it's not ready because I have an attitude. I had been very polite up until this time. This hag attacked me and was absolutely rude. I will never go back to this Hardee's, and I am going to post this account on all of my social media. Absolutely worst service and attitude I have ever seen."

"I had a large order for our office today. We had 7 combos with a few of those sandwiches having special requests. The ladies working were very friendly and accommodating to my order. The order came out faster than expected and every single item was perfect! Lunch was fresh and delicious, everyone was very please and bragged on their lunch and experience. Great job ladies! We appreciate you!"
