"25 minute wait after I parked for a mobile pick up. Forgot a double cheeseburger. Dbl bacon quarter pubder with cheese had no bacon. Put the sundae in the bag with the now cold fries. I don't know what is wrong with this place but get it together."
"We sat in drive thru waiting on someone to take our order while the other lane kept going. We had to say hello 10 times to get someone to respond. Terrible customer service. The management needs to be changed out. This is not the first bad experience."
"Most of the time, the staff is friendly. They can't really get your order right unless you do the mobile order. Sometimes, you open your sandwich, and it's so sloppy that you have to take it back. We all know they wouldn't be ok getting a burger where the top bun is smashed on the side ,because it wasn't on the meat to start with, so of course then the ketchup is every where and just opening the sandwich makes a mess on you. But other than that it's ok."
"I was on my lunch break buying food for 2 other people as well. Get back and I am missing half of what I ordered. Prices doubled and they still can’t put everything in the bag you order. Hope whoever ended up with it enjoyed it. Now I have to go the next 8+ hours before I can eat. This happens EVERYTIME I go here!!!!"
