"Customer service is good. Cookies are pretty big so I’d say you’re getting your money’s worth. I like that they rotate flavors every week. Sometimes the cookies aren’t fully cooked in the middle so I’d have to say that’s the only downside."

"I Love the way these cookies crumbl! The little pink boxes are so cute and the cookies are delicious. Great customer service and friendly staff. I purchased the oatmeal ft. rolo topped w/ caramel and chilled chocolate covered strawberry cookies. The oatmeal ft. rolo topped w/ caramel is the Winner! I will purchase this award winning cookie everytime I visit, if it's available. Each cookie was $3.98. Very pricy, but believe the HYPE crumbl cookies is worth a visit."
