"*Make a donation if you're able, It's always a worthy cause.* That being said, this was once one of my favorite places for bargain (used and/or surplus) building supplies because prices were reasonable, selection was huge, and it supported a good cause. I am hoping the scant selection of overpriced offerings is only due to covid. There are still a handful of items worth picking up. If you're in need of tile or a ceiling fan, the pricing is excellent."

"Gone down hill alot! Volunteers rock. So does that build manager he's cool . Restore is cool . The manager not so much she's got an attitude! Update!!!!!!!!! Kevin is showing out in his new role as manager of the restore and you can tell! Him and his great team of staff are in the process of change. They have revamped the restore and cleaned it and are keeping it clean! I’d like to say way to go . It’s been long over due. Way to go everyone at Denton habitat from office to staff seems like you guys are heading in the right direction. Keep up the good job and thanks for what you all are doing. !!!!!!!!"

"Tried for more than 6 weeks to make a substantial "gently used" furniture donation to Habitat. Initially told I was being placed on a list and it would be about a month - no problem. After 5 weeks called to see where I was on the list and how much longer it would be. At that time was told there was NO LIST but that I would be moved up and driver would contact me the following week - 1 day before pickup. Now it's Thursday into the next week and complete radio silence!! How HORRIBLE for the people in need!!! I could have placed this furniture in the alley and it would have been gone before I let my garage down, but I wanted it to go to someone trying to keep their head above water or to Habitat to sell to help those in need. How sad that this branch (Denton Co.) of the organization is so poorly run that it isn't better benefiting a community that truly needs them!!! Shame!"

"Definitely not what it was a year or two ago low inventory and non-negotiable on the prices unlike before I'm assuming someone else has taken over I'll go to one in fort Worth next time and try them. here they don't seem to want to negotiate on price or sell what they have I bought two items I understand they're cheaper than new but once they've been altered you have to alter your home to custom fit what you buy there which they don't want to seem to take into account and that the stuff is damaged/used I thought this was habitat for humanity it's starting to feel more like a pawn shop of building materials but this is my opinion and only my opinion I was very excited about this place the last time I was here not so much now this is my opinion and only my opinion thank you have a wonderful day"
