"We arrived super tired at 11 pm just needing a place to sleep after a very long road trip. We only stayed one night but it was a nightmare. We just wanted a warm shower and a cozy bed to rest as we were exhausted. The receptionist wanted to charge me $10 CASH because I had my two year old sleeping in my room (as if I’m supposed to book a third room for him?). This was supposedly due to the “fire Marshall”. We found this so odd because their website states children under 10 stay free. We booked 3 rooms for our family of 7. ALL 3 rooms were absolutely disgusting, My husband took a shower and could not dry himself as the towels were all stained. The bed sheets were stained with blood, yellow unknown substances and god knows what else. The “beige” curtains in all 3 rooms appeared to have a brown substance resembling fecal matter on them. My parents had to change rooms 3 times because of either an AC that was extremely loud, a sticky floor and dirty linens. The employees repeatedly offered us to check out instead of apologizing and actually cleaning as they’re paid to do. After multiple complaints about the sheets one of the employees said “this was the cleanest I could find” it was also stained… so my dad slept in jeans. We were just SO exhausted and needed a place to stay and it was a shame that we could not do that at this place and were treated so poorly. It’s affordable but not THE cheapest in the area, as one of the employees told us we could walk to another hotel if we wanted to…so maybe we should have. BEWARE of this location. DO NOT STAY HERE."

"When I arrived at this place, they asked for a $50 deposit. This particular hotel is ran down and dirty; it gives “trap.” The covers had several stains on them and the room was small. The bathroom is small as well. The soda machine doesn’t get cold. I was disgusted my entire stay. I only stayed here because my job paid. However, if I have to stay in Denton again, it will not be here. My job will hear about this “trap” too!"

"Was a good place to stay for a weekend. Quiet, no-frills accommodation with a hot continental breakfast. Some things could use some updating and upgrading, such as the vending machines and the fixtures in the room. But, the room was clean, and Jenny at the front desk was very kind and helpful."
