"Not sure how this clinic has 4 Stars! I should have read the reviews before I waited 6 hours to be seen. Filled out all the paperwork online with copies of insurance and drivers license, when I showed up from the online wait list they had no record of it. The last thing you want when you feel horrible is to have to manually fill out the paperwork again because their software doesn’t work properly. These are just the initial experiences I had, let’s move on to the customer service. Horrific, it's essential for healthcare staff to show empathy and care, especially when dealing with sick individuals. If you hate your job or dealing with sick people then this isn’t the line of work for you! Find another job that doesn’t require any customer service, and to the owners, if it’s difficult to find help at a cheap rate, pay people more and hire nice people! Once I did fill out the paperwork a 2nd time I was quickly taken back to see the nurse practitioner. CareNow, please do not respond with a generic AI response. I will never be back nor will my family!"
