Starbucks

"We're new to town, and have been to this Starbucks twice. The first time we ordered a venti London fog, they gave us a grande. The second time we ordered another venti London fog, and this time they forgot to put the water in it. Tea steeping in milk. However on the upside, the employees seem to be having a very enjoyable conversation about their weekend activities. UPDATE: I did call in and explain the problem, and the server was very pleasant, and offered two free drinks. Bravo."

"Ordered two drinks: a venti hot americano with 3 pumps of mocha and half and half. I asked the gal to remake this for me because it wasn’t even lukewarm. Americano are meant to be HOT HOT. I watch her make it the 2nd time. She pumped the mocha into cup and put the cream on top of that. She pulled the shots into the bar shot glass. While the shots were pulling, she pulled “hot” water from the spigot at the bar into a milk steaming pitcher. She poured the shots into the cup then poured the water on top. Every time hot liquid is poured into another container it gets colder. This second drink was a little warmer than the first (because the spigot got purged by the first lukewarm drink). Had she put the mocha in the cup, poured the shots into the drink cup, poured the hot water into the drink cup and TOPPED the drink was half and half, it would’ve been hot. My husband wanted me to go back and have her make it a third time but I wasn’t going to do that to her. And it would’ve been the same temp anyway because of her technique. My other drink was grande caramel ribbon crunch frappacino. It didn’t even get blended, see picture. The blenders are preprogrammed based on the drink you’re blending. Either they need a new blender, or the person making the drink turned it off early."

"I ordered a Dirty Chai, iced with cinnamon cold foam. It was delicious!! The staff was very busy but still friendly and they got my drink out in a very timely manner. All the food I have gotten here has been really delicious. The sandwiches are well thought out and the flavor profiles are great."

"I love this particular starbucks. I sued to drive to the one in Crowley off 1187 because it was less congested than 174. But this place has never given me a bad or mediocre cup of coffee. I have even left Target nearby to drive to this store to get coffee instead of inside Target. Definitely worth it for me, I always get a white mocha so I can highly recommend those, hot or cold. One or two of the workers do funny voices in the drive thru and they are hilarious. Love this place!"
