"Food was delicious and fresh, fries were crispy and the burger was filling. There was a time where the staff was arguing and swearing about some order. Otherwise, they were very sweet and even fixed a part of the order they messed up."

"This place needs some maintenance badly. Soft drinks don't work. Ladies room out of order. Air conditioning doesn't work. Paint peeling off of the ceiling. Air intake vents are filthy. If they take such poor care of the lobby the kitchen can't be good."

"Tried to order at the drive through today about 2:30pm and no one answered. When I pulled around the kid at the window (with a headset on) said "I said just a minute" then walked away. He left me sitting there for ten minutes. When he came back, he began taking someone else's order and shut the window. Then motioned me to go around. I looked at him in disbelief. Do NOT go to this burger king. They do not care about you or your order. Worst service I have ever gotten. I will not be returning."

"Maria working tonight is very rude. On top of not doing her job by asking if an order was going to be a meal or not she was condescending about “next time let her know if it’s a meal or just a sandwich” when we asked if it came with a drink after she rushed us. Then when we get to the window she makes a rude comment after giving us two dr peppers instead of cokes like we had asked. She was talking to a coworker about it instead of us directly. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Apparently this is an ongoing issue at this location. Don’t bother leaving a review and take it straight to supervisor or corporate."

"After being ignored at the speaker, I was then ignored at the pay window to the point I thought of just driving off & going somewhere else. When she finally showed up, no apologies, or even an acknowledgement that she kept me waiting. I should also mentioned that once I got to the pay window I was the only customer in the drive thru. Ordered a bacon double cheeseburger, no ketchup add mayo. Haven't ordered one before but shouldn't the 2nd patty have a piece of cheese on it?? Also it was a mess. Photo below."
