Sigma teaches the fundamentals, but doesn’t sacrifice practical swimming application while trying to get the kids to master the “fundamentals.” They push them to improve each day and utilize the entire time for teaching. They also absolutely love going so that’s a win win! For the amount of in-water time, teacher to student ratio and the price, this is the best program I’ve come across."
"We love having lessons with Sigma at THR. Coach Addy keeps us up to date with great communication in person and through the Band App. The kids love their time with their coaches, and look forward to their 2x/week lessons. They have been able to make a lot of progress in what I see as a short period of time. They are both super proud to show us their report cards when they earn new checks and I love that they have a visual aid that they can follow to see the goals they are working toward. All of the coaches have been friendly and informative which makes coming super easy on us! My son now has his eyes on swim team and I love that he is so excited and has a future goal that he is focused on."
