"Food is horrible. It advertised if there was a moneyback guarantee. When I tried to cancel after one month and did not ask for my money back, they said I would be charged an additional $120 because I had gotten a special discount when I signed up and I had to pay the difference. They gave me a lot of trouble about canceling and kept trying to convince me to do one more month. There was nowhere in writing that you had to pay the difference of any deals they offered you. So rather than spend $400 for another month of food I cannot eat, I had to spend $120 to cancel. Customer service was very ugly about everything. And I kept telling her I’m not asking for a refund I just simply want to cancel, and she kept threatening me with $120 charge in order to try to convince me to stay with them. Just bad business and bad product."
