"Not sure how its a 3 star but it must be a technicality. The La Quinta just south of this place is SO much nicer, and about 30 percent cheaper. This place isn't particularly bad, its just below ‘meh.’ Like an upscale version of a single story motor motel… has the dank smell and dark barren lobby to boot. Don’t let the website photos mislead you too. Fair price would be around 50 bucks. I paid like 180. They’re out of their minds. Management when you inevitably reply and “please contact us at xyz” don't bother unless you’re going to credit me 100 bucks. I will say that the front desk staff was very nice."
"Room was Very clean. Like I've said in my other hotel stays I'm a picky person with allergies & this Hotel met all my needs. The room was clean and the air was fresh! I didn't have a reaction to anything! I wasn't worried about if the bedding was clean. Slept great! Breakfast options were great. Front desk staff deserve a big Thank you & recognition! It was a busy weekend for them & they handled it well."
"Been in and out of hotels for over a week. This has been the best one. It's dated but clean and well maintained. Room was great! Even had invoice slipped under our door! Now that's old school! If you are in Del Rio, this is the place to stay! Management is creating a great legacy here! Thanks to staff and management! Great job!"
