"Everytime I go to the local home depot they either don't have what I need so it has to be ordered or if I need help looking for something and I ask the employee who is stocking that aisle for some unknown reason that's never their department so they call somebody who if they actually show up for some reason is more lost than I am. So I made it a point to learn where everything is in that store since my work requires me to make a minimum of 3 or 4 trips daily but for some reason a customer sees me and asks for help which I will gladly go out of my way to do and I'll even walk them to whichever aisle their needing then I'll gladly walk back to wherever I was and go about my day..... but NOT ALL EMPLOYEES ARE UNHELPFUL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK EMPLOYEES AND ESPECIALLY BASILIO & OLGA OVER AT PRO DESK.. THEY COULD TEACH THE OTHERS A THING OR TWO ABOUT HOW TO HELP A CUSTOMER..."
"I've been shopping here for the past six years. Nothing but solid, friendly staff. From home renovation project to government projects, to my business projects I have worked on, the staff always took time to answer my questions. Also, if an item is not in stock, they will tell when it will arrive or tell you to order online."

"Two weeks with broken pipes and Del Rio Home Depot disappoints. Shelves are still empty. I voiced my concerns and nobody seemed to care. Pallets blocking isles and I heard an elderly man complaining about it. This store is a disaster. Going to get supplies from Amazon."
