Wings and Rings

"My husband and I showed up at around 12pm on New Years Day. We thought we’d give them another chance, since we have not been in there in over a year. I was greeted by the server, and he was friendly, but I noticed that several of the employees were hanging out behind the bar, and they never approach me. When my husband walked in, he noticed that there were crumbs and food all over the floor, all over the tables and all over the seating. He noticed that I was not pleased with the dirt and grime, and we decided to leave. On the way out my husband told the employees that they needed to clean the restaurant because it was filthy . There was only one other couple in the restaurant. This is terrible. We went to another restaurant and it was clean, so what was their excuse and this is not like it is just a one off occasion."

"I came out of town to visit family and friends, and was looking forward to sit down and enjoy a nice meal at this restaurant with family. Service was good, but music was way too loud to have a conversation with family. It felt like a club instead of a restaurant. My ears hurted from how blaring the music was."

"I've been coming here often for at LEAST the last 8 years. I've always come with family or friends so always at least a group of four. My family use to enjoy this place as we would often go about twice a week and it was amazing each time. In the past year we've gone less and less times and our experiences are just getting worse and worse. We came once a couple months back with our wait time of 2 hours but it was a busy sunday and we understood and still enjoyed ourselves with the appetizers We came this past week while it was not that busy, just a couple of large parties with different servers. We were greeted rudely, we were sat quick but our server still took a bit to come to our tables and was rather in a rush to get our orders and was a bit rude. She may have been new which led us to just be Cooperate and patient. Orders were messed up and the wait was still well over an hour for just an appetizer. We've come in the past years during SUPER busy times and less busy times and this place has never disappointed until the past year. Maybe new cooks, new servers, new management's but it is not what it used to be."

"Tbh lately hasn't been that great and service has been a eye from time to time. My fiance's dish wasn't up to par and her fries were cold not hot and fresh. I ordered bone in 10 piece sweet chai chili and some were over done like dried up and burned. So over all its lacking management strickness on there cooks and overseeing the product before going to the customers tables."

"Wings and Rings is a family sports bar. TV’s every where and all kinds of sports on to watch. Very loud atmosphere. We started with the pretzel bites. Yummy! Soft pretzel bites that I liberally coated with a slightly spicy but well seasoned queso dip. Highly recommended. I ordered 5 bone in wings in Sweet Thai Chili sauce. Ordered medium heat level. Theses were extremely good. Crispy and hot! The fries were disappointing. Delivered lukewarm to the table. Very frustrating. I overall enjoyed my meal and will return."
