"There are never enough cashiers on duty. Store employees block entire aisles with their carts with absolutely no cares about shoppers wanting to see merchandise in that aisle. This was the last store in this area to re-open fitting rooms during and after pandemic. There seems to be complete disregard for customers at this Ross. I will not shop at the Del Rio location again."
"I find so many new clothes here! There aren't many places to get clothes but I love Ross out of all the shops in the mall. And not only do they have good clothes AND prices, the staff is great and the store is always neat and clean! I remember going to a Ross in san antonio once. Terrible experience I hated it."
