"This HEB pharmacy needs some help. I’ve had issues with prescriptions being filled and they also can be slow filling them. Going through the drive thru is even worse. They either can’t hear you or understand what you’re saying. Not sure if it’s their intercom or just them. Do better heb pharm."

"Before today, I didn’t have a problem with this pharmacy. But today one of the techs who answered the phone was so rude. I asked for the name of the prescription I picked up a few weeks ago and her response was “it’s on the bottle?” Just rude and sarcastic. I told her I knew it was on the bottle, However I’m not home to look at the bottle-I’m at a doctors office. Then she said “I’m not sure what you’re asking. I’m confused” I’ll never send my prescriptions over to them again."

They greet us by name and with a smile. They have been and will continue to be our go to pharmacy. Service is above industry standards, especially when compared to the three other pharmacies we had patronized in the Spring area."
