Kroger Pharmacy

"At 12:45pm I pull into the pharmacy drive thru line with two cars ahead of me. The first car in line sat in line till exactly 1pm and pulled away as the pharmacy pulled down the closed sign and ignored the customers, four cars, in line. There have been numerous times that a prescription is meant to be auto filled by a certain date, it’s marked on my account and I’ve had to call and remind them to please fill my prescription’s numerous times."

"I have used this pharmacy for over 20 years but their service has become intolerable in the last few months. I called and spoke with someone they gave me an estimated pick up time, I arrived 20 to 30 minutes after that pick up time and they told me it would be at least another 30 minutes. This has happened three pick ups in a row. The attitude is never apologetic They didn’t have an important RX and they said they would order it. I called 2 more days to see if they got it at which time I was told no but we will try again in 4 days! This was a Sunday which left me little time to scramble to get it filled elsewhere. WHY WOULDN'T YOU TELL SOMEONE YOU WILL NOT EVEN BE TRYING AGAIN FOR 4 DAYS! I will for sure be changing pharmacies. SERVICE IS HORRIBLE"

"Absolutely awful pharmacy. I swapped to this pharmacy due to GoodRx and it being on my way home, but they are incapable of filling prescriptions on time. I consistently call in my medicine and it is never ready when I show up. This time, I gave them a week and it still wasn’t ready. The lady told me 30 minutes so I let her know I’d be back the next day. I show up the next day and they tell me there was a glitch in the system and they don’t even have my medication and it won’t be in until Saturday. My issue is you had a full WEEK and you didn’t even try to fill my prescription to realize you didn’t have it and needed to order it. This isn’t something I just want to order, I NEED medicine and now I am without it for 3 days due to pharmacy error. Unacceptable."

"Ninus 5 stars if I could actually do this.... Always 5 to 9 days late filling Prescriptions. Don't expect much from this pharmacy. Have to call them to get them to fill my prescription otherwise they call or text 1 to 2 weeks late. Pharmacist is a joke, Don't take her job seriously. The pharmacists Michael is horrible about the time. I set in line outside at the the window pick-up for 10 to 15 minutes before anyone even can to ask for help. 7 days know amd my medication still isn't ready. Be careful with there pricing. They will charge you more with goodrx if you don't keep checking the online price."
