CareNow Urgent Care - Cimarron

"CareNow was great. I was feeling awful went online and did web check-in before they opened I headed to the clinic right at 8 and was the first in office with my son they were very thorough and explained all my concerns. I would definitely go back."

"I had my son seen last year to be evaluated for an ear infection. After the visit I received a bill for $220 and my insurance was not billed. I called and they advised me not to pay because they were “working with insurance”. I got another statement and I called back, I was once again advised not to pay and wait for them to work it out with insurance. Then they send me to collections for unpaid bill. I called and they said “do not pay, we are addressing with insurance and will pull back from collections”. I yet again received a call from collections today. They had finally corrected their error and insurance covered their portion and instead of sending me an updated statement, sent me to collections again with no notice. Terrible customer service. And the provider there they DOS didn’t even know how to look at my son’s ears appropriately and said he would just give him an antibiotic anyways but wasn’t sure if he had an ear infection. All this stress for subpar care. Find somewhere else to go."

"Very professional and I didn't have to wait long at all. The receptionist was very polite and greeted me. The nurse that took my vitals was very professional and reviewed my paper work. The doctor examined me and heard my concerns and I felt like a was treated very well. I was not a number, but a patient and that speaks volumes. Thank you! I'm definitely coming back. If I ever have any concerns or emergencies."

"The care in here does not disappoint I am always treated fairly and kindly. All my issues and concerns are always addressed. Even brings me to tears how nice they are here because often times I do not get heard out or this kind of treatment. I’ve also brought my daughter here before and they treated her amazing as well. This is my go to. Staff always goes above and beyond for myself and my daughter. Love them."

"I got to the northeast location and they were super packed. Fortunately the person behind the desk I’m sorry I don’t remember his name he suggested that I register online at the location that’s closest to my home and that way by the time I get there it wouldn’t be such a long wait and I am so grateful for him because it was not that long of a wait comparatively. The staff at Cimarron were just as amazing and caring and understanding that I just did not feel good, trying to do their best to expedite everything even though they had 11 more people to see. I usually go to upper Valley but I think from now on I’ll be going to the Cimarron location"
