"The ladies who checked me in very nice. Doctor was not very helpful. Did one xray on knee and he stayed I had arthritis a little. So tired of people dismissing my pain. I believe it is around my knee but not the bone. Why is that all they check"

"Everyone here was very friendly, caring and attentive. I came in needing stitches and X-rays for a possible fracture or broken finger. Each person made me feel comfortable and cared for. It’s clear that my health and wellbeing was top priority by making sure I wasn’t in pain and I got the care I needed. Other urgent cares I’ve been to make me feel like I’m just another patient they are trying to rush out the door, but I did not feel that way here. I will definitely be coming back for any urgent care my family and I may need in the future."

"I was welcomed by everyone that worked there. I didn’t have a long wait in the front and when I was waiting in the room, the staff checked up on me multiple times. The physician was great and listened to what I was experiencing. She confirmed my symptoms then explained all my options plus their advantages and disadvantages. Thank you all for being patient and great."

"This was my families go to place. My own, husband, children’s and extended family but now after today we will have to find a new place. We have nothing but great things to say about the doctors and pa’s working there. However, the front staff needs a very serious talk about efficiency and customer service. Lady in the front today was extremely rude! I could not believe that instead of correcting what was clearly her mistake by bringing someone in before us. -we received a phone call telling us to come in. We did within 8 min of the call. When we arrived, she said there was 2 people in front of us and they were in lobby. Waited around 45 min and both parties had been called. A new woman walks in, sits down 5 min and is called ahead. When asked about this she said oh she might have checked in before you?! How is that possible if you gave us that info when we came in. Again no Apologies or stating it was a mistake on her part…just condescending as I’ve ever seen anyone there. We asked for our co pay back and informed our insurance that we had no services there. Lady did not apologize just gave back money. When someone is sick and is seeking medical attention that’s the last thing they should be worried about. Especially during the holidays. The amount of times we recommended this place as well is unfortunate. We will definitely be correcting that. Now we are in search of a new urgent care."

"Great place, super friendly, I needed some stitches taken out, and they got right to it. Dr. Paredes was great. He asked several times if I was doing okay during the procedure, and I thought that was great. Great place, give them a chance for your needs."
