La Quinta Inn by Wyndham El Paso West

"We stayed at the La Quinta for a recent roadtrip and after our stay, we would probably not recommend the La Quinta to any of our friends. Our guest room appeared to not be cleaned before we arrived, as there was dirt caked on the floors, the fitted sheets seemed to be the wrong size for the mattress (as it kept peeling off to reveal the bare mattress), and our non-smoking room smelt like cigarette smoke. Additionally, there was no hot water for the shower. Lastly, we were told the wrong time for breakfast (they rescheduled it to a later time) at our check in (the night before), and when we arrived, we waited 30 minutes, until finally being alerted by staff that breakfast wouldn't be served for at least another hour. That was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel. Since we were on a tight schedule, we had to unfortunately forgo breakfast. We would not recommend this La Quinta to any of our friends."

"The hotel is fine, only a few rooms They have the bathroom something small, breakfast something basic Waffles, muffins, coffee, maybe some extra fruit on your menu would be good... According to the Location of the hotel has Various places to eat Nearby and a Walmart Passing the street, in general I think the hotel is good For short stays"

"The hotel was ok, but can improve details. The hot water on the shower didn’t work, and the breakfast was served 1 hour late. Also the highway sound is near so if you are light sleeping I would avoid it."

"That was a complete lie. Your unprofessional attendant stated that you didn't want to come out the office. Seems like you're too busy to replying to all your bad reviews. Perhaps you should fix your facility since you didn't even defend that your 1st floor ceiling was already leaking from the ceiling. Seem that your building is falling apart just like your service. Prior Review Ceiling has a hole and leaking water. No toilet paper and towels. Front desk staff was highly unprofessional. Worst yet, the manager won't even step outside their office to remedy the situation. Google Response from the owner a day ago I apologize for the inconvenience of not being able to stay at our property, there is toilet paper and paper towels in the restroom at all times. As I replied to the other review I wasn't able to remedy the situation as i was in a very important meeting. Thank you"

"I've stayed here off and on for almost 30 years. It has been about 10. Man this place has seen better days. Room was clean but pretty beat up. The bathroom doesn't vent and the drains are slow. Broken tile in the shower. Safety lock on the door was broken. It was the most inexpensive in the area. You get what you pay for I guess. I would have gone across Mesa street but I wanted to park next to my room. The room is clean. Kudos to housekeeping!"
