"Worst customer service ever! Girl at register said no to everything! 1.management does not allow them to bag items so that they don't break, I had several glasses and plates. 2. I asked for a larger bag for larger items. She said management does not allow them to give the larger bags if something fits in smaller ones, The plastic boxes did not! 3. I had about 100 dollars of things that I could not carry and asked to borrow a cart without the pole to go outside. She said there were none and that they put poles on all of them. I told her there was one in back of her so she turned, then claimed it belonged to another customer. No respect or help for older customers! Outrageous! I asked for the manager, she said no one was there. He was out. I asked for her name, she refused to give it to me. I asked for the store number, she said she didn't know it. This outrageous attitude and disrespect went on and on. She even charged me 3 times for the same item. How can there only be one incompetent cashier left alone in the store? When I go, I purchase a lot. I have been shopping at these stores for years and expect common courtesy and assistance from employees when needed. If this is how they treat their customers, it is time to shop elsewhere!"
"This place is a mess. Floors are stained black, products are left on aisle floors, shelves are disorganized and the workers don't seem to care. Disgusting."
"They ask you if you want a receipt? SAY YES! Otherwise, they will not exchange items even if they're not working and you bought them the same day. And even with a receipt, they have to ask a manager for permission to allow the exchange. So, buying here, definitely a gamble. Not buying here again, not worth it."
