"Recently I need a specific medication urgently, and at that day it was only available this pharmacy , when We called it was almost 8pm, although this pharmacy is closed at 8pm that day, Natalie McKinney, Tania, Eizabeth at this HEB pharmacy still waited for us and help us for till 8:30pm, and they worked even longer after that to complete the prescription request, we really appreciate third help, it is very important to us, so we were trying to give them cash tips for appreciation, but they refused the tip. It was weekend that day and everyone wish to go home on time , but they spent lots of time after hour help us, we really appreciate their help!"

"Loved this pharmacy until Danielle came on board! She is absolutely rude, condescending and acts like you're bothering her when you drive up to the window. She actually rolled her eyes, sighed and barked "just a minute" when she had to go ask someone a question for me. She never says thank you or have a nice day. She is always angry and put off that she has to wait on you. I love everyone at this pharmacy, but now I dread picking up my meds because she's there. Who in the heck made this hiring decision?"
