Just For You Daycare

"I registered about a month or two ago for my children to start at the daycare 1 Aug 2022 and they never offered to let me tour the daycare or asked if I wanted to schedule. However, I did start them on 1 Aug and when I went to take them they didn’t allow me to take my children in because of COVID reasons. I tried to explain to them that this is the first time my son who is very timid and shy has ever been to daycare and they still didn’t let me. I proceeded to let him try for the first day and when I went to pick up my son and daughter, who are 2 and 1; I had to ask for their belongings and I never got a written report of how they did throughout the day. I then called the daycare once I got them home and asked for a report and the person that answered the phone told me only the manager can give me the reports. So I had to call back an hour later and ask for a report, she was not able to tell me how much my children ate, if they napped adequately, and assumed my son ate snack. She was not sure of any of my questions to answer correctly because she was not present at daycare. Then I get the call from director today from daycare and I explained how upset I was and tried to make suggestions and during the whole conversation rather than listen to what I had to say, would cut me off and not let me talk. To make matters worse she tried to tell me my mother in law toured the facility yesterday, when in reality she didn’t even get to see the whole facility. I came today to pick up my childrens belongings and met the director and told her how upset I was and how manager didn’t give me a proper report yesterday, rather than apologizing, says well if you aren’t happy you aren’t happy, I don’t want to keep you here. To make the conclusion, after one day and a horrible experience I pulled my children out."

"I've been taking my daughter for a few weeks now. she has never gone to daycare before so i wanted to make sure i took her to a good and reliable care. everyone has been very helpful and assisted with easing the transition, when i call and ask for my daughter or her belonging they know exactly what i'm talking about so i feel the attention and care i was looking for. I am very happy with my daughters care and look forward to her growth here."

"I was very happy with the service until now. Everything started when I received a call from the director saying that my husband was very rude because he found out a scratch on my daughter's forehead and he only wanted to know what happened but according to them they said they felt threatened and when I asked her what happened said she couldn't even told me what happened exactly and my husband told me a different version and that is why he was upset BUT he never threatened them or was disrespectful to them at the end she told me she wasn't going to accept my daughter anymore. I'm VERY disapointed for the reason that I really like the place and the staff except of two ladies that work in there that are not friendly and they never smile! I never had a problem before and most of the ladies are very nice and friendly. I believe it was a misunderstanding and a big deal over nothing with my daughter's teacher (the 2 yr old room) and the director. So sad that I cannot even rate the way I could wanted it. I really recommend all other teachers from the other classrooms except from the 2 yr old teacher. Again I never complain and I agree that kids will often hurt themselves either between them or playing or whatever even when I saw my daughter with bruises or cuts I will never complain and even that sometimes we need explanations. But this case was different. I feel very offended that they categorized my husband as a terrible person when he only asked what really happened and they made up a story but anyways!"

"My daughter has been going to this facility since she was 2 months old and she's now almost 3. She loves her teachers like they are family. I'm constantly impressed with all she's learning there. She's part Hispanic but mostly she looks white and we speak no Spanish, I meantion this only because of the other negative comments stating that your child will not be treated well if not Hispanic (I strongly disagree). My daughters teachers have always shown love to her and she is by far NOT the easiest child in the room. She's a ball of energy and can be a challenge at times, yet these teachers have always done amazing job with her. We will be moving soon and my heart breaks to be leaving her daycare. We love you Just for You! Thank you for easing this first time mommy."
