"Karen J. is quite frankly the type of person you would never want in a managerial position or furthermore in medicine & pharmaceutical. She treats you like the subpar staff at a fast food restaurant. You would think a manager would not behave so badly, I’m buying LIFE SAVING insulin not a burger or nuggets. We waited a total of 45 minutes after submitting the prescription 4 hours prior only to be told to “circle back around”. Then told they don’t have it, though the app said it’s ready, then they only have half of it. MY Son, could tell how defeated I was. It a constant uphill battle to advocate for him. His response? “It’s ok mommy I can just do needles until tomorrow”. No, we will wait another 45 minutes to get him the medication he needs. He shouldn’t have to already be witnessing the complete disregard for HIS MEDICAL NEEDS to some power trip Karen."

"Wow! Super rude and very unprofessional pharmacy management at CVS location in Bridgeland on 2/28/21 @ 5:58pm. Pharmacy closes at 6pm and I was turned away at 5:58pm in drive thru because the pharmacy was closing in 2 mins. The pharmacy staff literally would not look or speak me regarding my prescription when I hit the call button numerous times. All they did was turn their backs and turned out the lights."
