"I will not recommend this dentist office. I went for my first dentist visit last December. Since it was my first visit, the office mentioned that it will be an oral exam with X-Rays. I confirmed over the phone and before the appointment that they are part of my dental insurance and this appointment is covered by insurance including X-Rays. After waiting for about an hour while they confirmed about dental insurance again, I had my appointment. I was fortunate enough to come back during Christmas break to get cleaning done since they would not give me any appointments without first exam. Now in last two days, I have received two letters from the office to pay outstanding bill. Upon my discussion with my insurance company, if the dentist is part of network, you don’t pay anything for the visit. Dentist office doesn’t have any dedicated staff for accounting since I spoke with one person who kept on saying your insurance didn’t cover the cost of X -Rays, so the bill. I am confused who is correct, insurance company or dentist office? I am disappointed about dishonest practices. I was told to leave a message but my phone was disconnected purposely because I questioned the person why the x-rays are not covered, why they didn’t use the proper code , for insurance As a customer, I call/confirm/verify about my insurance policy before entering any new practice. After all this homework, I will still be required to pay for x-rays which was unnecessary. I have to sign two papers, saying dentist office will charge the insurance company first What are our rights as a customer? If you are planning to visit this dentist office, please be aware of the fact that you might end up paying more than what you paid previously. It’s my opinion but someone might have better insurance experience"

"Mid day we had the place to ourselves and the service was fast and friendly. The tables were dingy and the plates were very dirty. I called attention to the server but she pretended not to notice. Sushi was ok and we did not get ill, but because of plates we were worried."
