"I paid for the Texas Family Fitness game plan sessions. It was $700 odd for 12-13 classes. They don’t assign any trainer that will be available at your convenient times. I had to go through 4-5 trainers and had to literally plead with them to assign a trainer who wouldn’t just ghost. I used to turn up for game plan sessions and then they inform me that trainer is not available. Obviously, they only care about money and once you pay, you are on your own. Facility is good but don’t get yourselves talked into GPS sessions by Sam or Jerry. Both have zero work ethics."
"Big big fan of this gym. I moved here from Utah and tried a few gyms and this is by far my favorite. The equipment is amazing and if anything happens to brake they fix it as soon as possible. Staff is amazing and so so kind! I absolutely love this gym!"
"Clean equipment, friendly staff, locker rooms are always stocked with soap and very clean. Much appreciated after using the Frisco location for three months. Locations have a night and day difference. Both the general manager and assistant manager are friendly and helpful. Front desk staff always greet me with a smile coming and leaving. This is a nice touch as it makes me feel welcome."
"No pool. But they do have punching bags. Staff really cool. Place really chill. Not tacky like planet fitness. You can also have trainers pretty cool. They check up on you as well unlike just going to work out."
"I was at this location around 6:30 PM on December 13, 2023. I was telling the worker up front how unpleasantly it was attempted to seek me personal training at another location in Frisco. I wanted to check out this location to see if I possibly would feel more comfortable. Instead of sympathizing with me, he tried to emphasize the importance of personal training. I was so upset with his aggressive attitude that I told him that I didn’t think that location was for me. He told me to get out of there. I immediately talked to a manager and he apologized. He said he would talk to the employee. The damage is done. I’m canceling for good!"
