Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

"We arrived 10 minutes before closing, They really should have closed 1 hour earlier. The food was either reheated or just overcooked. The burger patties were charred and very dry. The fries room temperature and gummy. The tea seemed like they added water to the container and allowed the residue to turn the water color to brown. The ice cream container had 5 other flavors of ice cream in it. That is, it looked like someone put 5 different scoops of ice cream of different flavors into my flavor of ice cream. The clerk was upset because I asked him not to mix 5 other flavors. Then as I watched him scoop the cream, he continued to try to mix the other flavors into my milkshake. Then, he turned to mix the shake, but the blender was dirty from previous uses, and not cleaned. They usually have a cup of sanitized water to clean the blender between uses, but he didn't. He then turned to add more cream, and I asked just to add milk. The cup that I thought was sanitized water was actually milk, that had been sitting out at room temperature. I believed there were a few health violations just with my order. I grew up on Braums and know what to expect. This was worse than training day."

"What a disappointment. 2nd time here, new to Texas, and I got the smallest and saddest sundae. The place is dirty, and employees are not nice, personable, or apologetic for literally making you wait 23 min when there is only two people in front of you. Then, mess up your order, then act like you're a nuisance for even ordering. I will take my money elsewhere. Sad."

"I love Braum’s but this was the worst sandwich. I went in and decided to try something new… what I got is in the picture. Old bacon and old chicken, no cheese. Is 3pm a bad time to get food on a Friday?"

"You definitely don’t get the most enthusiastic nor happy people to apply there sometimes ordering is a challenge, but the food is always been delicious and hot and shakes are always made to order except today you had Rocky Road and that wasn’t cool that peanut butter shake was just as good is the place my father and I go to once a week for breakfast or lunch sometimes both and we enjoy it here. Thank you for keeping your prices down and affordable chili was not very good. I do not recommend it but it was hot."

"Everytime I come to Texas, Braums is the 1st place I usually go. So this time I see a deal sor double bbq bacon burger meal for $8.69. I order it and told $11.89. When I pull to the window and explain advertised price I was told those prices are wrong this is what it rings up. When I ask can you verify the price advertised she said it doesnt matter this is what it rings up. I asked to speak to a manager to honor price and was told corporate puts pricing in and they have no authority to change it. So needless to say I drove off with a bad taste for Braums first time ever!"
