"My favorite walk to convenice store. They sell beer, nabs, candy, a few quarts of oil and they have a few video sweepstakes NOT poker or gambling machines. Friendly staff. Could use a fresh coat of paint, nicer shelving and so forth, but I imagine margins are tight without gas pumps to lure in everyone. Hat tip to the small business owner being an anchor for the 'hood."

"This is Garden Acres Corner Store. The owners are Napalie. In case you don't know that's where The Himalayas are.. 8 of the 10 tallest mountains in the world. If you are in the area and just need to take antes and stretch those road legs, or have a cup of complimentary coffee and good conversation. Stop by and visit.. It's just good people."
