"Switched my kid from reddings MMA to ATA and the classes are smaller and the building is much bigger with more tools and one on one instruction. Not ragging on Redding but He now enjoys going to martial arts and looks forward to training with the instructors. I have scoliosis and have been attending class for over 7 years now, and everyone is super encouraging and friendly and makes you feel like you're part of the family. Each session is focused on bettering your skill either individually or as a class. There's also a separate class for younger children around 3-9 years."
