"My family of 6 spends $1000/m here. Today middle mgr “Jerick” denied us our paid for seat to a 850p bc he said we showed up at 905p. Marketing spends $1ks to get families like ours to buy tickets & the middle mgr chases us away. I told him the logic of this was crazy & he got offended and aggressive & said “leave or I’ll call the police”. Lol Mgmt here needs to talk to this guy. I know hiring good ppl is tough but these guys are running off their most loyal clients to competitors. Jerick is confrontational when he doesn’t know what to do & escalated a basic situation to make him feel in control."

"The worst experience I’ve ever had!!! The lady at the front desk wouldn’t let us into the movie we’ve already paid for because the cut off time was 9:05 pm and we walked in exactly at 9:05 pm. The manager Jerrick was aggressive. We told him we have 4 kids and come here regularly and he would be losing loyal customers. He said he was following rules so we asked for a refund which he gave us. He did not care at all and said that the tickets say you have to come 30 minutes early. This was not the case because I purchased my tickets through Fandango and did not receive any emails or disclaimers stating you had to come 30 minutes early. He called the cops on us claiming we refused to leave when we were about to walk out of the building. He claimed asked us “multiple times” even though he asked us only once. Do not come here!"

"When in the area, we always choose to stay at the Embassy Suites, since it shares a parking lot with this Alamo Drafthouse. I've been to pretty much all the Alamo's in the DFW area, and this is hands down my favorite one. I wish I lived closer. We always have great service. Molly was our most recent server and she was top notch! Food is great and on time, seats are comfortable. The only thing was there "big" screen had a little blurry in it's top right corner. But I bet that'll get fixed quickly."

"NEVER AGAIN ! I thought it’d be nice to go watch a movie here, our first time at an Alamo. Everything went smooth until a couple of days later my account goes on overdraft. they took out extra money from my card without my consent or acknowledgement. I don’t think it’s okay under ANY circumstances to charge the original amount on my card & days later, have more money taken out of my account. Absolutely unacceptable, I won’t be back here. They probably aim for more low star reviews to have less work ! They all seemed like they hated their jobs"

"The cinema aspect is very cool! The previews related to the movie you are about to view. The food is priced high like all movie theaters. Popcorn was a bit stale when we went. And all the money they make on food prices and ticket prices you think they would maintain the place better. The seats were peeling and leave pieces on your shirt when you get up. The temperature in the theater was sticky. For the cost I'd like to be a bit more impressed."
