"Checked their website online right before going bowling on a Tuesday last week to make sure their specials were up to date. The website said Tuesday was buy 1 hour get 1 free on Tuesdays. Went and was told that I was wrong. Emailed and they said the website didn't say that. Sent screenshots and proof that's what it had said and now magically the website has been updated. No apology for the false advertising or anything."
"I Called ahead of time to check what time the bowling alley closes and I was informed that they close at 10:00 pm. We arrive after a 30 minute drive from the west side of town at 7:30 pm to only be told by Jaime aka JJ “the manager” that they’re now closed because it’s slow. Let me remind you that there’s a line of people behind us who also are there to bowl. Zero professionalism. And UPDATE your hours to “closed if slow”"
"Decent place to go bowling but it’s outdated, not enough balls cause people hog them up and I didn’t see any staff members putting balls back where customers could see and used them (it’s kinda awkward asking strangers “are you using all those balls?” The food was decent but the prices were pretty good. Overall it’s a doable spot to go bowling but it would benefit from a make over and a more attentive staff."
"Bowl El Paso is a good place to come and enjoy a night out with the fam. Or as a night out cause they’ve got a lounge with live music as well. Enjoyed our evening and the food we ordered was tasty too. The pizza and brisket fries were good."
