"Reserved a truck for a Thurs evening pick up... reservation somehow got cancelled 3days before pick-up date..left 3 msgs.with details requesting a call back...all in a 4 hr period...no call back...tried one more time 15 minutes before closing and spoke to mngr...a new reservation was created and when I got there at my pick up time there was no truck....many calls to U-Haul and frantic scramble to get another truck finally was able to pick up another in a nearby town at about 10p...not a good experience"

"Im a little late in writing this review, and to JENNIFER at Gotcha Covered I deeply apologize. We rented our vehicle back in March to complete a move. Jennifer was absolutely so kind and so generous in what was a very unfortunate event my family and I were forced to face with. After the storms, our rental home was flooded and we were forced to move from the beloved town we lived in for over six years to another one an hour away. At the last minute, some plans fell through and the person that was paid to pick up the remainder of our items at the old house was unable to, causing us to have to do it ourselves. We had already made several trips, with two little kiddos, and were very tired. This was going to be our first weekend to reset and enjoy our new, clean, beautiful home. Unfortunately, we could not. I did a quick search and located Gotcha Covered, called them immediately and spoke with Jennifer. I will never forget the kindness in her voice as she went above and beyond anything I would have expected her to do to assist me in renting a truck for pick up that day. I literally had to do nothing but provide my card to pay for the vehicle (and the price was such a steal). In addition to that, when we dropped the truck off the next day, we were in such a rush that I forgot to do a quick sweep of the truck to clean it out. Instead of charging me, Jennifer allowed me to use her broom to sweep the truck clean. The smallest of gestures she showed throughout this entire process was the ONLY thing that made this situation tolerable, and this mom from loosing the last bit of sanity she had. I felt like I was talking to a friend the entire time. This location was one of the only locations that could guarantee me the bigger truck, which all other sites said they would "Try" but basically if it wasn't there, I would have to figure out another scenario. Nothing was said about attempting to make it work at my benefit, basically we got it, its yours- we don't, you're out of luck. During my entire move (three bedroom two bath house) we did not rent a truck because of the disaster we experienced the last time we moved seven years ago. I am so grateful that I was able to experience the phenomenal customer service from Jennifer at this location, and I am so thankful of the way this location conducts their business by having the trucks you need and pay for. I would drive across town if I ever needed to rent another Uhaul. I MOST DEFINETLY recommend that you use this location for all your rental needs. I also looked around at their rental storages and their site was VERY well kept, clean, and welcoming. GOOD JOB Gotcha covered, you sure did have me covered!!!"

"Stored my 42 ft. 5th Wheel RV at Gotcha Covered Storage in Georgetown. Melissa, the Manager, was so friendly, helpful and professional. The covered storage was convenient and easy to access. Price was competitive and I could auto-pay monthly using a credit card with no long-term commitment required. These folks are great!!"
