"Inconsistent brewing experience each time we go there. My wife asked for a vanilla latte and enjoyed it the first time. After that, the taste was never the same. Certainly not worth the exorbitant cost they ask for a small cup. No more wasting $$$."

"They can't get a NORMAL item on their menu correct. Carmel Ribbon Crunch Frap - I asked for a shot of expresso and extra crunchies on top. I was told the extra Carmel crunch was on top... coulda foold me. They must be invisible now. Not to mention she apparently didn't get the cake pop I ordered even though she repeated my order to me correctly at the drive up. I have been to this starbucks many times and they always disappoint."
