"I recently visited this location because my 5 year old daughter was ready to get her ears pierced. Of course she was scared but Nikki one of the employees made her feel so comfortable. She didn’t cry as much as I expected. Nikki was very gentle and caring with my daughter and that I really do appreciate. This was my first time at this location and it certainly will not be I last..I have 2 more daughters and I hope Nikki is still here when we come back."
