"Got my grand daughter ears pierced this week, overall satisfied, except with the aftercare bottle of water for $8 that I was sold, the lady was so quick with getting the sale, didn't realize it was a small bottle of water in fancy words until I got home. The piercing was fine for an 11 month old, I'm just stuck on that 2 ounce bottle of water. EVERYBODY, coming up with ways to strip you of a dollar."

"Tamora was very patient. She was the only one working and the store got a little crowded, she even took the time out of her day to go look for my specific color nose ring that I wanted it. She was even patient when my daughter told her to wait and pushed her hand away."

"I was in the store here in Houston, Texas. On Tuesday August 1st. I wanted my ear pierced. And the piercing lady played like her piercer went to lunch. I did not know she was the piercer. She just watched me wait and wait. And she knew I wanted my ears pierced. I feel as if I was profiled and discriminated against. You can look at the cameras. I did nothing wrong. I only wanted a service done like anyone else. I’m saddened by the worker that was there. I waited so long that I ended up leaving. And she laughed at me when I was there waiting. And when i left she laughed. I would never treat someone in this way"

"Wonderful experience getting my 6 yr old daughters ears pierced. Our original plan was to go to Claire's, but with the massive amount of people in there it was absurdly long wait. Literally, right around the corner was this place and I am so glad we spotted Lovisa. Pricing was awesome ($45 for the entire process with jewelry and aftercare included). The store itself, also a much better experience and much better selection than Claire's. The piercing itself took about 15 secs. The piercer was so fast, my daughter didn't even have time to react, it was awesome! The placement is perfect! It was classy and the team was very professional. Highly recommended!"

"I visited this location on 8/6 for a nose piercing. Not even 24hrs later, the piercing was sticking out of my nostril. I went back to the store 2 days later for the same lady who pierced my nose tells me that I would have to make another purchase in order for them to re-pierce my nose. She stated "it's not our fault that the piercing came out". So who's fault is it and how do we determine how or why the piercing didn't last no more than 24hrs?? I spoke with the manager Shauna as she stated the same thing happened to her piercing as well, and herself as an employee has to repay to get the piercing. Red flag #1 is this a common thing for Lovisa's piercings not last?? She then stated that it's apart of Lovisa's policy once the customer leaves the store they're not responsible. Where is that policy located? I tried reaching out to regional manager of this location Sabrina and there was no response. Contacting someone for customer support is horrible. I'm very disappointed and frustrated that I wasted $43 for something that didn't last a whole day. I advise If you want to get your nose pierced to look elsewhere. Lovisa please do better and update your policies to fit the needs of your customers."
