"I LOVE BROW BIRD! I refuse to go to anywhere else! I moved from California two years ago. Before moving I had a bad experience of having my eyebrows pretty much waxed off. Since then, I wouldn't let anyone touch them. I started doing my research once living in Austin, and am so relieved I found Jacqueline. I noticed a huge difference even on my first shaping. Slowly after a few visits, my eyebrows were thick again! She is so patient, and treasures her time with her clients. Also, her Brazilians are painless, and I use to dread getting them done. Now I don't even think about it. Honestly, reading the couple negative comments, I can tell that client was probably having a bad day and projected their negative energy onto Brow Bird.
