"It truly is a beautiful spa! The decor is truly amazing! It was a nice experience but definitely not the best. When I first walked in the woman at the front desk had her head down and when she looked up asked me to register in and have a seat. I thought she was pretty dry and unwelcoming, but I brushed it off and waited for my appointment. I then heard the same front desk lady offer the lady who walked in a few minutes after me some water but I was offered nothing. Not only that, another employee went and got the water, passed me and never offered me anything. I feel like the customer service should be the same for every single person that walks in the door, and the front desk staff should ALL be warm and welcoming, especially since it’s a Spa. The lady who checked me out was a bit more warm than the first one. The massage itself was ok."

"Got a prenatal massage and it was amazing. Daniel did a great job. He was able to work out several knots in my neck and shoulders. I had a headache when I went in that I’d had for over a day, by the end of my massage it was completely gone. Overall experience was great and I plan to go back."

"Amanda B. was absolutely amazing. Best facial I’ve ever had! My skin is soft and glowing. The spa itself has such a calming oasis and the front desk staff is extremely helpful and kind. Only took a photos of the sauna room and products, but the spa itself has such a calming atmosphere. Can’t wait to go back soon!"
