"Has anyone else purchased packages that include a $20 touch-ups and now is being denied that they don’t allow this anymore at the spa?? My sister and mother including myself, have purchased 1000’s of dollars in laser hair removal packages. @itssecretmedspa #ItsASecretMedSpa When you buy a package and thats what was included in the offer. It should be granted. I called corporate and won’t do anything about it besides saying “I can purchase another package.” I’ve recommended this place to many before and that’s not going to be a recommendation anymore. I know I’m not the only person that’s had this problem, you lost my trust in your business. What else is going to change/switch next?"

"I love this place for my monthly "treat yo self" facial. I have the Secret Membership and would definitely recommend signing up for it! I get a monthly hyrdafacial, dermaplane and jelly mask and have also gotten other services here and have been super satisfied with them all. Filler, botox, dysport, laser hair removal have all been amazing. I've also received a few different types of facials and my skin feels amazing after each one. They never pressure to upgrade or buy anything, but always make sure you know what the current specials are which I love!"
