I grind my teeth and I am constantly stressed and this was my first time and as soon as it finished, I was relieved! Lola is great! You could ask her to customize it based on your pain tolerance (intense - medium - light). Definitely worth it and they are currently running a promo if you commit to one of their monthly program!
