"I spilled something in the store, got another one and they charged me twice for it and did not notify me. i wont be coming back simply because they failed to communicate that i was double charged instead of just offering to give me the product with the damaged bottle. there are other beauty supply places with people who are better at communicating with customers. GO TO ONE OF THOSE."

"The Beauty Emporium Next door has a bigger selection and they dont have to go to the back to bring out whatever wigs you like. Alot of inventory with huge markups. Staff not very professional; just plenty of hanging out. No pricing on certain items so you have to trust them on most of it. All in all... won't be back until I feel like spending unnecessary amounts of money on the same stuff next door."
